These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the services provided by Zsarina Lovett, Independent Systems Advocate. By using this website or purchasing a service you agree to these terms.
1. About My Services
I provide fixed-fee ACC decision review and advocacy services including:

Written ACC decision analysis

Full ACC review advocacy and representation
All services are provided by Zsarina Lovett as an independent lay advocate. I am not a lawyer and do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Where a matter requires a lawyer I will advise you of this clearly.
2. Payment
Payment for the $150 Quick Review is required in full before work begins. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Full advocacy services follow a completed Quick Review. The fee structure for full advocacy is explained clearly before any commitment is made.
I do not charge clients for representation costs in successful ACC reviews — these are recovered from ACC under the Accident Compensation Act 2001.
3. Refunds
Due to the nature of written analysis work, refunds are not available once work has commenced on your Quick Review.
If you have paid and I determine your matter falls outside the scope of my services before work begins, a full refund will be provided.
4. Confidentiality
All information you share with me in the course of receiving my services is treated as strictly confidential. I will not share your information with any third party without your explicit consent except where required by law.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
While I will always provide honest, thorough analysis and advocacy, I cannot guarantee the outcome of any ACC review. ACC reviews are decided by independent reviewers and outcomes depend on the specific facts and evidence of each case.
I will always give you an honest assessment of your case before we proceed to full advocacy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including the AIN Framework, written resources, ebooks and blog posts is the intellectual property of Zsarina Lovett. It may not be reproduced or used without my written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
My liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of my services or this website.
8. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of my service please contact me directly at zsarina2024@gmail.com and I will do my best to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
